On March 17-18, 1962 I participated in a ten mile round trip backpack to Juniper Springs as part of the San Diego Chaper Sierra Club Mountaining Course.
There were Eighty+ students and about 10 instructors. Easy backpack in - good hike up to upper springs and over to Marshall Souse Springs. Beautiful sunny weekend.
As of 8/28/2023 I have been unable to identify where this is located.
