On June 1, 1975 myself, Joe Crimi, Don Christenson, Cody Christenson and Dog Dusty did a 4 mile round trip day hike from the Christenson cabin at whitney Portal to Little Meysan Lake. Snow on the trail around 10,000 feet. Lake at 10,200 feet was just beginning to open. Pleasant day hike.
