Sierra Nevada - John Muir Wilderness - Kearsarge Pass

On June 24, 1979 I took a ten mile round trip day hike from Onion Valley to Kearsarge Pass. Made pass at noon. Beautiful weather, minimal snow on trail. Took time out for some sunbathing on the way down. Nice day.
